Catered Bookings

Included in the price of your catered holiday:

• Breakfast every day (hot options on five mornings with a continental breakfast on 2 mornings)
• Afternoon tea with freshly baked cake every day
• Six 5-course evening meals (canapés, starter, main, dessert, and cheese board with port),
• Free-flowing French wine with the evening meal: choice of red, white, and rosé wines
• Prosecco on the first and last night
• A selection of alcohols and soft drinks (only for sole occupancy chalet bookings)
• Bed linen and towels
• Hosting throughout your stay
• Communal areas are cleaned daily
• Bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned once mid-week, with a towel change

Food & Drink

Unlike some other chalet companies, our chefs prepare fresh food daily.

Breakfast:

Breakfast includes freshly baked French pastries, baguettes from our local boulangerie, preserves, yoghurt, fruit, and a selection of cereals.

On five days, your chef will prepare a cooked breakfast.

For two days, a self-serve continental breakfast will be available, with porridge and boiled eggs prepared for you.

Afternoon Tea:

Afternoon tea features a freshly baked cake, freshly brewed coffee, a selection of teas, hot chocolate, and juices.

Dinner:

Your booking includes dinner on six of the seven nights.

Dinner consists of canapés, a starter, a main course, dessert, and a cheese platter to finish—all accompanied by free-flowing French wine!

On the first and last evening, a prosecco reception will be served before dinner.

Dietary Requirements:

We accommodate all special dietary requirements and are committed to ensuring that every guest enjoys the same exceptional dining experience. Whatever your dietary needs, we’ll be happy to discuss them with you.

Children:

We offer a simpler children’s menu, which can be served at an earlier time.

Christmas Week:

If you’re staying with us during Christmas week, you’ll enjoy a traditional Christmas dinner on Christmas Day, complete with all the festive trimmings. To learn more about this special holiday experience, click here.

Drink

In the past, our catered chalet holidays included only a choice of red or white wine with dinner. Based on your feedback, we’ve now extended our drinks package to enhance your stay.

Your Chalet Chardons holiday will include the following upgraded drinks package:

Included with Your Stay:

• Free-flowing hot drinks throughout the day, including a selection of teas, coffee, and hot chocolate.

With Dinner:

• Choice of three red wines
• Choice of three white wines
• Rosé wine
• Prosecco on your first and last night

The chalet will also be stocked with a selection of alcohol and mixers (please note that this supply is limited to a set amount per week).

• Parking: Most of our chalets have spaces for two cars. If yours doesn’t, or if you are bringing more than two cars, you can book parking at Parking Tignes les Brevieres.

Your stay does not include the local tourist tax (Taxe de Séjour). We will inform you of the exact amount before your arrival, and it will be payable upon arrival at the resort
