Chalet Hattiers is a beautiful fully ensuite ski and snowboard chalet in Tignes-Les-Brévières. The accommodation boasts outstanding views over the village and the ski slopes 100 metres away. As with all our accommodation the chalet is great value and will appeal to budget-minded skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts looking to travel to Tignes. We work hard to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere in the chalet with many customers making great friends and returning in subsequent years.
Our friendly yet professional staff are the key to your chalet experience and are on hand to look after all aspects of your holiday. We employ a professionally qualified chef at Hattiers.
A hearty breakfast consists of a choice of cereals, fruit, preserves, yoghurts, selection of French pastries, freshly baked baguette porridge, and different daily hot options (for example one morning we offer sausage, hash browns and beans; another day we offer bacon, scrambled egg and grilled tomatoes) plus English tea, fruit teas, freshly-brewed coffee, hot chocolate and juice.
Afternoon tea is served from 4pm with freshly-baked cakes plus beverages. Hot drinks are available throughout the day.
An evening meal is served on 6 nights per week, with just one day off. This consists of a 4-course meal or banquet style meal served with complimentary French-bottled red and white wines and includes a daily cheese-board (featuring local cheeses and homemade chutney). This is served on 5 nights, with the remaining night saved for a Savoyard speciality banquet. Plentiful portions ensure you are well fed and nobody will leave the table hungry. The ski chalet is arranged over the lower three floors of the Hattiers building. Some bedrooms have south facing balconies overlooking the village and slopes. The chalet has a comfortable lounge with Freeview UK TV, DVD player, games console plus a selection of board games for all the family. On the lower floor there is a tasteful wood-clad dining room and kitchen with a ski store with heated boot racks in the basement. The Chalet sleeps up to 21 people and can be combined with the apartments on the upper floor to add an extra 14 beds to make up to 35 beds in total. All shower rooms are well equipped with local granite tiles, heated towel rail, powerful thermostatic showers with glass sliding doors, sink, WC and storage for toiletries. All bedrooms have hanging/storage space, uplighters, quality carpet flooring and either access to a south-facing balcony or a south-facing window.
Chalet Hattiers by Chardons offers a great atmosphere, fun staff and informal environment and of course, the same great value prices Chardons are known for. You will benefit from all the advantages of Chardons clients with regard to discounted ski and snowboard hire, lift passes organised and ready for your arrival, and access to our knowledgeable reps who will be able to organise your skiing and snowboarding holiday needs. The main office for our resort operations is located in the Chalet Chardons building where you will find our office team each morning and evening who can organise your hire, passes and other resort services. Chalet Hattiers is available for rent either exclusively for larger groups or on a room-by-room basis. Our prices listed are per person per week for catered accommodation in the chalet. Please note when you book Chalet Hattiers for sole use, the dining room is shared with Apartment 2 and the bootroom and staircase is used by both apartments. Please ask our team for prices including the apartments or for further details.

Chalet Hattiers food is one of the highlights of your holiday. We believe that skiing and snowboarding should be about getting fresh air, exercise, thrills and spills… and then coming back and completely spoiling yourself!
Chalet Hattiers offers restaurant quality breakfast, afternoon tea and evening meals which include complimentary French bottled white and red wines.
Breakfast has a selection of French pastries, freshly baked baguette, preserves, yoghurt, fruit, choice of cereals, English breakfast tea, freshly brewed coffee, juices, porridge cooked to order and a different hot option daily (for example, on one morning we offer sausage, scrambled egg & tomato; on another morning we offer bacon, fried egg, hash brown and mushrooms).
Afternoon tea is served from 4pm and consists of delicious freshly baked cakes, English tea, selection of herbal and fruit teas, freshly-brewed coffee, hot chocolate and cordial, all available until dinner. Tea and coffee are available throughout the day and after dinner.
Dinner is served in the dining room at the chalet in a communal setting – On 5 nights this will be a 4-course menu including cheese board (with port!). The other night is a Savoyard speciality banquet. Plentiful portions are served ensuring you will be well fed and nobody will leave the table feeling hungry.
A packed lunch can be ordered for a small fee each day and will be prepared for you to pick up at breakfast if you are going on a day trip or just want to save money on the mountain.
Children, vegetarians, vegans and special diets are all catered for. Just let us know at the time of booking and the menu can be discussed further with your chef and hosts on arrival. If you have specific requirements (vegan, allergies, celiac) we would ask that you let us know sometime in advance so we can prepare and to bring any special foods with you as many of them can be very hard to source in France.
Chef’s night off is normally on a Tuesday or Wednesday when the hotel staff have some well deserved time off. Our staff will be happy to recommend some of the many excellent restaurants in the village.
