Established in the 1990s, we stand proud as one of Tignes’ longest-running chalet companies. Over the years, our humble beginnings with just one property have blossomed into a remarkable portfolio of 10 properties.
With over 40 years of combined experience, our owners and management team are experts in delivering top-notch catered ski holidays that never fail to impress. Our dedicated customer service team, all ardent mountain sports enthusiasts, is available throughout the year to ensure a seamless booking process and assist with any queries you may have. To provide the utmost British consumer protection for your payments, we offer a UK local rate telephone number and handle transactions through UK card processing and banking.
Furthermore, each season, we handpick a team of skilled professionals who take immense pride in delivering exceptional service and creating the perfect alpine ambience in the resort.

As one of the most experienced independent holiday companies in Tignes, our philosophy has always been simple: to offer fantastic value, high-quality ski and snowboard holidays in one of the world’s best-rated resorts. Our characterful chalets are nestled in idyllic locations, offering convenient access to the world-famous Tignes & Val d’Isere ski resort, known for being one of Europe’s high-altitude and most snow-sure resorts with over 300km of runs. Add to that our friendly staff, restaurant-quality food, and sociable culture, and it’s easy to see why our loyal guests return year after year.
Whether you’re seeking value for money or more premium chalets, we have a solution to meet your needs. Our mid to premium chalet range boasts an abundance of character and all the amenities you would expect from a high-quality getaway – think balcony hot tubs with spectacular mountain views, heated boot warmers, cosy nooks with crackling fireplaces and large dining areas for sociable evenings. As standard, every one of our accommodation options shares the same relaxed atmosphere, good company, and convenient location at unbeatable prices.
We’re committed to saving you money, taking the strain out of booking and bringing you experiences to cherish – and we don’t stop at the accommodation. We go the extra mile to make booking a breeze; organising lift passes, airport transfers, and discounted equipment hire on your behalf in advance of your arrival, so you can spend more of your precious time on the slopes.
We understand that a ‘one size fits all’ policy doesn’t apply to holidays, which is why we offer flexible solutions to suit your needs. Our catered chalets promise plentiful meals created by our wonderful chefs and accompanied by free-flowing wine, while our self-catered options will appeal to those who wish to cook for themselves or sample local restaurants.
Thanks to our prime location, great skiing is guaranteed. The area is home to one of Europe’s largest glaciers, resulting in a long winter season from November to the start of May. With the majority of runs in the resort above 2000m, and 50km of runs on the glacier itself, the area is incredibly snow-sure. The entire Espace Killy region claims 300 km of runs, nearly 100 lifts and almost unlimited off-piste ski and snowboard potential.

100% Financial Protection Secured by ABTOT
For your peace of mind, all bookings made after the 10th of February 2025 will be fully bonded with ABTOT (the Association of Bonded Travel Organisers’ Trust).
This arrangement means your money will be refunded to you in the unlikely event of our being unable to provide your holiday due to our insolvency.
In the unlikely event that you require assistance whilst abroad due to our financial failure, please call our 24/7 helpline on 01702 811397 and advise that you are a customer of an ABTOT-protected travel company. ABTOT’s address is 117 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7BT.
Please note, the holiday arrangements we offer do not constitute a ‘‘package’’ as defined in the Package Travel, Package Holidays and Package Tours Regulations 1992 or package or Linked Travel Arrangements as defined in the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 and accordingly, these regulations to do not apply to your booking.
Please further note, that bookings made outside the UK are only protected by ABTOT when purchased directly with Chardons Limited, and not via a non-UK agent.
