Chalet Chardons is a cheap hotel in Tignes for skiing and snowboarding. The hotel is situated 100 metres from the piste in the beautiful and historic village of Tignes Les Brevieres in the French Alps and gives direct access to the world famous Espace Killy ski and snowboard area. We try to make our ski and snowboard hotels and chalets in Tignes fun, informal places to stay for groups, budget minded travellers and families watching their pennies who prefer to ski, snowboard, enjoy good company, home cooking, friendly staff and perhaps a few late night parties over pretentious chalets and overpriced ski hotels. Many of our guests come back year after year as our cheap package prices including lift passes allow them to ski or snowboard many more weeks than they could staying with traditional operators. We specialize in keeping our ski and snowboard hotel and chalet prices as cheap as possible which is especially helpful for students and backpackers who want to get more skiing and snowboarding for less money. As a part of the ski resort of Tignes, which boasts the largest glacier skiing in Europe, we have a long winter season from early November, when the first ski and snowboard race groups turn up to train, to the end of April when Tignes les Brevieres closes. The glacier stays open all year round for summer skiing, snowboarding and fun park action. Snow cover is not an issue, as even the glacier boasts 50 km of runs, whilst the whole Espace Killy claims 300 km of runs, nearly 100 lifts and almost unlimited off piste ski and snowboard potential.
