Les Lacs du Chardonnet

Start in Tignes le Lac, from the Palafour chairlift. Walk up as if heading towards the top of the button lift to the left of the Palafour lift, following the foot path as it zig-zags up.
The route is signposted ‘Aiguille Percee – Lacs du Chardonnet’. The route heads west and passes the top of the Chardonnet chairlift after passing the Croix de Palafour. It then turns slightly south and follows the path that leads to the bottom of the Grand Huit chairlift and the Lac du Chardonnet. You can return via the same way or descend on the other side of the lake, which takes you down to the start of Tignes Val Claret.
