This walk can be completed in 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your departure point in Tignes Les Brevieres.
From the Les Brevieres elevator lift, take the small footpath that runs from here up to the main D902 road about the village. Cross the D902 road and get back on to the trails. Follow this trail up to a rocky outcrop on the hillside called the Clairiere de la Croix du Bario.
On the way down from here follow signs for “Nazonde” and traverse the hillside crossing two streams as you go. From here you can then continue your descent back into Tignes les Brevieres.
Worth knowing…
This area is home to herds of sheep, so dogs must be kept on a leash at all times. Take care when crossing the busy road.
