Once you have chosen your chalet, we can help you sort out all the extra details of your trip in advance of your stay to ensure you have the best and most stress-free holiday possible.

Below you will find a brief overview of all the elements that build a ski holiday, with a rundown of all the services we offer and advice we can give. This includes Food and Drink, Getting to Resort, Lift Passes, Equipment Hire, and Ski and Snowboard Lessons.

Food and Drink

If you are staying in our catered chalets, breakfast is served every morning, with hot options cooked to order on five of these mornings. An afternoon tea of freshly baked cake and hot and cold drinks will be laid out for you every day apart from your chalet day off. Dinner will be served on six nights out of seven. A five-course dinner (including canapes, starter, main, dessert, and cheeseboard with port) will be served six nights a week. On the first and last night, a prosecco reception will precede dinner. Our dinners are accompanied by free-flowing French wine.

Dietary Requirements

Our professionally qualified chefs can cater for all dietary requirements and can also take food preferences into account in their cooking. We ask that you let our reservations team know about any dietary requirements or allergies in advance of your arrival.

For more information on our catering and for sample menus see here.

Getting to Resort

Although we do not offer package deals with flights included, we can give you advice on the closest airports to fly to. Or, if you are looking for an alternative to flying, we can advise on busses, trains, and driving routes for getting to the resort.

We can also help you book your transfer from an airport, train station, or bus station. We have a selection of partner transfer companies we work with whom we can request a quote on your behalf to find the best deal. We can then put you in touch with them once you have chosen your preferred transfer.

We also can recommend some online tools for journey planning so you can book the most cost-effective journey to the resort.

To ask us to help you organise your transfer to the resort, please get in touch with our reservations team at reservations@chaletchardons.com.

Or for full information on getting to the resort see here.

Prebook Lift Passes

You can book your lift passes with us in advance of your arrival, and we will activate these cards for you and have them ready for when you arrive in the resort. We offer no extra charge for this service, so our prices are the same as the prices at the resort lift pass offices. However, booking through us is more efficient and gives you one less job to do on your first day in the resort!

An adult 6-day lift pass for the Winter 2022-23 season was €378. However, there are many different lengths of lift passes you can buy through us.

For lift pass prices and information on how to book with us see here.

Prebook Equipment Hire

At Chardons, we get great discounts from top ski rental shops in the resort.

We can advise you on the most appropriate skis or snowboard for your ability in advance of your arrival and provide you with quotes from our different rental providers.

Then, booking through us means you can take advantage of our great discounts, and have your rentals all paid for and ready once you arrive at the resort.

You can choose to collect your equipment from the rental shop or have it delivered to your chalet on the day of your arrival.

For more information on our different ski rental providers and for prices see here.

Ski and Snowboard Lessons

We work with several companies which offer ski and snowboard lessons, guiding tours, and other mountain-based lessons.

Depending on what type of lesson you are after, we can recommend which company would be the best option for you.

We can also ask for quotes from all our partner ski schools for you to decide which you would like to book.
