How to Book
Private Airport Transfers To Chalet Chardons Ski and Snowboard HotelNew this year. Due to an increasing number of requests from our clients we are offering transfers from a range of operators. All transfers will be operated by private companies but you can now book the service through us when you make your holiday booking or click on the links below to go to the contact page of our preferred transfer partners. We can pass on your details to companies but in most instances it is probably easier for you to deal directly so you retain full control over your travel. Mention Chalet Chardons when making an enquiry for preferential rates. Obviously the more people in your group, the easier and cheaper it will be to fill a minibus. Please note that regulations in France (and the rest of Europe) limit the number of passengers in a private vehicle to eight. If your party is 9 or above the transfer will have to be in two vehicles and the price will be accordingly higher. For solo travellers or groups up to three, it is most often cheaper to travel on one of the scheduled bus or train services operating from the main airports. It is sometimes possible to book a transfer with a flight as well. Easyjet were offering this service last season. See the 'travel' page for more information. Transfer companies from Geneva, Lyon and Grenoble to Tignes Coolbus Transfers - Popular transfer company run by Rob and based in Bourg St Maurice. Reliable and friendly. Recommended. Ski Transfer Finder - Interesting site where you post your transfer requirements and the operators then bid against each other to offer the lowest price. Works very well especially for less popular transfer dates Europe Transfer - Fully licenced transfer company based in Val d'Isere. Often good for cheaper deals mid-week and other quieter times. Transfer Intelligence - Popular ski transfer supplier to the British tourist market, offering a range of transfer types to suit all budgets. They have a UK enquiry number and online quoting and booking via their website. Transfer rates vary depending on airport chosen and day you are travelling on. Obviously Saturday is the most expensive and midweek cheaper. Ski Bus UK are operating a coach service from the UK to Tignes for around £130 return. Check their site as you may find the journey time and cost compare favourably against a flight and transfer. Snowjet are operating a budget flight operation into Chambery Airport this season.
