Skiers and snowboarders back from the snow laden pistes

Skiing and snowboarding in Tignes creates a large appetite! We concentrate on producing good quality home style cooking at our Tignes hotel with the emphasis on plentiful food, a relaxed atmosphere and good company at the dinner table.

We start the day off with a breakfast consisting of cornflakes, milk, muesli, porridge or cooked eggs, pastries and orange juice, tea and coffee.

After skiing and snowboarding, help yourself to tea, coffee and biscuits laid out for you in the hotel dining room.

The evening meal is the central part of the hotel day and included with the meal each night is a carafe of red or white wine between every four people to enjoy while discussing the days ski and snowboard activities on the slopes.     Stout and beef cottage pie with steamed seasonal vegetables (Ratatouille cottage pie)

    Home made vegetable soup with croutons and local seasoning
    Roast chicken with stuffing, roast potatoes, roast pumpkin and steamed beans and broccoli. (Crumbled aubergine)

    Savoie salad with creamy beaufortain cheese and croutons.
    Reblochon tartiflette with green salad and local cured meats. (Mushroom Tartiflette)

    Zuchini slice with machie, cherry tomato and cure onion salad
    Beef cheek rogan josh with fragrant rice and steamed greens (Pumkin, pea and spinach curry)
    Fruit salad with raspberry fromage blanc

To help sustain you while skiing and snowboarding, our Tignes hotel staff can also prepare you a packed lunch to take on the ski slopes each day for a small extra charge.
