How to Book
Chalet Hattiers in Tignes, the French Alps
Hauts Hattiers is a beautifully located ski and snowboard chalet in Tignes Les Brevieres. The accommodation commands outstanding views over the village and the ski slopes 100 metres away. As with all our accommodation the chalet is great value and will appeal to budget minded skiing and snowboarding enthusiasts. The chalet is quite roomy and is arranged over the lower three floors of the Hauts Hattiers building. Most bedrooms have south facing balconies overlooking the village and slopes and there is a comfortable lounge with Television/DVD setup. On the lower floor there is a wood clad dining room and kitchen and ski store. Unlike many of the recently built chalets in Tignes Les Brevieres there's no need to get a minibus to the slopes as a new draglift built in 2009 runs right past the side of the building! In the morning you can put your skis or snowboard on and ride to the main bubble lift in the village and in the evening the drag lift will bring you back to the front door. The Chalet sleeps up to 24 people and can be combined with the apartments on the upper floor to add an extra 15 beds to make up to 39 beds in total. The rooms are arranged as follows:- 3 Bedrooms for up to four, all en-suite 3 twin rooms, all en-suite 1 double room, en-suite 1 double room which shares a bathroom with the twin room 1 twin room which shares a bathroom with the double room Extra capacity can be added by booking the apartments in the same building. During your stay you will be looked after by your personal chalet hosts who will cook meals, clean the accommodation and ensure you have an enjoyable stay. The menu is similar to that at Chalet Chardons but taken in a more traditional alpine chalet environment. See the food page for a typical menu and please note that in Chalet Hattiers your ski and snowboard holiday price includes continental breakfast with a hot option everyday and three course evening meal with wine on 6 days. With this addition to our range of lodgings we are offering an alternative style of holiday from Chalet Chardons with more luxury but the same great atmosphere, fun staff and informal environment and of course the same great value skiing and snowboarding holiday prices. You will benefit from all the advantages of Chalet Chardons clients with regard to cheap ski and snowboard hire, reductions in lift pass prices, reductions in our après ski bars and access to our knowledgeable reps who will be able to organise your skiing and snowboarding holiday needs. Afternoon tea is served in the Chalet from 4.45pm for tea, coffee and either biscuits or cake. If you feel like settling into some apres ski, Chalet Chardons is only one minute's walk away. The hotel resident's bar (open to Chalet Hattiers clients as well) is open each day from 4 pm, or all day in bad weather when there's no skiing or snowboarding available. As well as serving the usual selection of drinks, the bar plays music and shows skiing and snowboarding videos and has Sky Sports if there is an important match or event on. Bar snacks are available to tide you over till mealtime. The main office for our resort operations is also located in the Chardons where you will find the resort manager each morning and evening who can organise cheap ski hire, reduced rate ski passes and other resort services for you. Hauts Hattiers is available for rent either exclusively for larger groups on a fixed weekly rate or we will fill it ad hoc on other weeks.
